I am a registered Social Worker and PhD graduate based in Cape Town, South Africa.
I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples, groups, and organisations in the private and non-profit sectors, and in academia.
My areas of interest include personal and professional development, mental health, relationships, and human rights.
I offer client-centred counselling, therapy, facilitation, and training using a goal directed integrated approach.
Areas of focus include:
- Key life events such as illness, death and bereavement, marriage, co-habitation, divorce and separation, career choices and changes.
- Mental health challenges including stress, burnout, anxiety and depression.
- Relationship issues such as interpersonal conflict.
- Organisational challenges including issues of professionalism, trust and leadership, inclusivity, conscious and unconscious bias in the workplace.
